What are the biggest rugs you sell?
The largest rugs in stock currently are around 12m by 6m or 40ft by 20ft but we can weave a bespoke rug larger than this.
Are all your rugs handmade?
Yes, we only sell 100% hand made rugs. Handwoven or handknotted.
I'd like to buy a proper rug but don't know where to start?
We can offer a design consultation, we can offer our expertise as to what size and colour etc will work best in your room and can even bring a few rugs for you to try at home
I have an interior designer in charge of the project. Would you work with them?
Absolutely, we very often do
I am looking for a very specific rug and I can't find it on your website, do you have any more rugs?
Yes, we can’t keep up with the website updates at all times, so you are always very welcome to email or call us and we can go through our stock or even check what is being woven as we speak
How much are bespoke rugs and how long do they take to make?
The cost will depend on the size and fineness of the rug and is directly proportional to how long it will take to be woven or knotted. Small rugs will take around 4-6 months to create, very large rugs will take up to 2 years to make. They are all made by hand after all. Their costs will be slightly higher than an equivalent stock rug as the process is longer- from drawing the design to dyeing the wool etc.

How much do you charge for repairs?
